FAQ

What if we don’t have a corporate identity?

Well, we should work on your branding first, and then come to web design. However, if you need a website quickly and are testing hypotheses, we can dive into website design straightaway.

How many versions of website design to you provide?

In the frame of a week we provide one version of design based on your corporate identity. We have a review meeting where you may give us a feedback.

What if we need only website design without development?

That’s okay. To properly prepare the website design for development, we will create a mobile version and user interface guidelines. This process typically takes 2 weeks for a one-page website.

When can we start?

We start during 1—3 working days after we get the payment.

What is included in a basic SEO?

It includes setting up the pages meta title, description, open graph image, favicon, and optimizing images.

What if we need to extend our website in the future?

We have a design support. Please read more here.

How we will discuss the progress?

We set up a chat in Telegram or Slack with the designer and art director and have a meeting on the fourth day of the first week to review and finalize the design.
